Our Story
In 2021, our founders Arjun Mehta and Priya Sharma were running a fast-growing startup in Bangalore when they hit a wall. Managing HR with spreadsheets, tracking attendance on one app, running payroll on another, and juggling project updates over endless email threads — it was pure chaos.
Having spent years in India's thriving tech ecosystem, Arjun and Priya knew that businesses — especially small and mid-sized ones — deserved better tools. So they set out to build Worksoo — a single, unified platform that brings together everything a company needs to manage its people, from onboarding on day one to their very last day.
